From 2012 to 2015, Headquarters, Inc., now KSPHQ, was the administrator of the Kansas Youth Suicide Prevention grant working to decrease youth suicides across the state. As that grant ended, the Kansas Suicide Prevention Resource Center was added as a program of KSPHQ to continue much of the work started within that grant.
Today, the resource center works with individuals, communities, coalitions, education systems, and businesses to make communities suicide-safer. Our goal is to provide training and resources to help others recognize the warning signs of suicide and how to connect people in need to help.
